Who can join?
Anyone with a website may join Spicecloset.com’s affiliate program. However, we reserve the right to remove without warning any site deemed by us to be offensive, or which contains pornographic or hate materials, or is otherwise found to be inappropriate in our sole discretion.

How do I join?
Joining is easy, simply click on the Affiliate Log In option under the Affiliate Menu on our home page . Once you have completed the sign-up process you can begin earning commissions immediately!

What will my commission be?
Spicecloset.com affiliates will earn 10% of every sale referred. Commissions are calculated before shipping and taxes. All orders are subject to credit card verifications and shipment acceptance; commissions will not be paid until the entire transaction is complete. Returned or refunded items will not be subject to commissions.

How often will I be paid?
Commission checks are issued every 30 days (on the 15th of the month) for all orders from the calendar month 45 days prior. This is to allow adequate time for returns. Therefore, commissions earned from orders completed in March will be paid on May 15th. Commission checks will be issued to affiliates with account balances over $25. Commissions under $25 roll over to the next month.

Yes, you can link to any page or product within the Spicecloset.com site. Click on the Banners & Links section, then click on the Build A Link section and select the product of your choice.

Will I receive commissions on international orders?
Due to the high costs associated with the fulfillment of international orders commissions earned on international sales will be equal to one half the rate earned on a domestic (United States) order.

Can I use pictures and text around the links?
Spicecloset.com affiliates are free to use any of our images and associated text to link to our site, provided that the text is not misleading or deceptive. However, you may not take an exact copy of our Spicecloset.com site. Spicecloset.com affiliate sites must look and feel significantly different from Spicecloset.com.

What advertising can I do?
Affiliates are welcome to promote their own websites. However, any press release or promotion that mentions Spicecloset.com or The Spice Closet, Inc. could be viewed as a joint endeavor. Therefore, any use of our name in advertisements, press releases or promotional mailings must be pre-approved in writing by a senior member of our marketing team. You may submit your proposal by emailing marketing@spicecloset.com. You may wish to promote your Spicecloset.com affiliate program through such venues as Google Adwords, Overture, FindWhat, or Kanoodle to list but a few.

How are orders tracked?
When a potential customer comes to Spicecloset.com from your site a small file called a cookie is placed on their computer. This file remains there for 60 days.
